I am fascinated by human beings and inspired by finding and sharing art that opens up the interiority of our lives. My style is a medley of contrasts: nerdy and glamorous, street smart and book smart, “fine”” art and anime. Everyone in my immediate family creates art in their own way and I was able to learn from all of them about different ways to express yourself and find inspiration in the deep diversity of ways people can do that. I’ve always been interested in art, though I see myself more as an admirer than creator per se; when I see something that excites me I just need to share it! I want people to feel inspired, motivated and encouraged to invest themselves and their own creativity. 

It may sound cliche, but my work as a curator and artistic director was a hobby that became a career. I started by doing what I love: sharing art online. My collection caught the eye of an artist with a lot of connections in the art world and I found myself becoming administrator for a lot of different online art communities. This experience planted the seed of becoming a curator, and one day a gallerist, who displays, promotes, and distributes the work of underrepresented artists.
